💼 About This Role

You'll lead auditing teams and ensure quality control for healthcare payment services. You will drive operational objectives and contribute to AI-powered software solutions. This role offers the ability to make a substantive impact on company growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and manage the DRG, Professional and Outpatient audit team
• Provide and coordinate onboarding and training for the team
• Complete audits and quality reviews ensuring compliance with coding guidelines
• Engage with internal teams to meet client performance expectations

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 10+ years of inpatient coding, auditing, and quality review experience
• 3 years of supervisory/management experience in a remote environment
• CCS (Certified Coding Specialist) credential

• Experience in a startup or high-growth company
• Familiarity with diverse, global teams
• CPC certification in addition to CCS
