Description

As a Senior Experience Designer at frog Munich, you will lead workstreams or small teams to design digital products and experiences from opportunity framing to detailed interaction and visual design. You'll collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams for clients in healthcare, finance, mobility, and more, and contribute to business development and team culture.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in UX/UI design, product design, or visual design
• Business-level fluency in German and English
• Strong portfolio demonstrating interaction design, visual craft, and strategic thinking
• High proficiency in Figma, especially interaction logic and component design
• Experience creating and scaling Design Systems

Responsibilities

• Lead project workstreams and client management
• Shape experience strategies and design solutions based on client objectives and user needs
• Conduct research, usability testing, and synthesis
• Create high-fidelity screens, interactive prototypes, and design systems in Figma
• Present work internally and externally with storytelling finesse
