💼 About This Role

You'll build strong relationships with salon customers and drive usage of Fresha's platform features as part of our Southern Europe team in Madrid. You'll help salons optimize their profiles and make the most of Fresha's tools to maximize revenue, ensuring an outstanding customer experience through video call consultations. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Meet monetization KPIs and educate clients on platform value.
• Introduce and onboard clients to FreshaPay.
• Manage a portfolio of clients and provide tailored consultation.
• Build collaborative relationships with Sales and Onboarding teams.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of Account Manager experience.
• Romanian fluency (Spanish/English also valued).
• Ability to analyze data and reports to improve performance.
• Experience in an outbound call or related sales environment.
