🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead planning and onsite execution of large-scale conferences and exhibitions
• Oversee venue operations, logistics, production, and technical workstreams
• Serve as primary client contact and manage budgets up to $15M
• Manage external vendors and troubleshoot operational challenges during live events

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience managing large-scale events in senior leadership
• Event agency experience
• Expertise in venue management and conference operations for thousands of attendees
• Proven ability to manage multimillion-dollar budgets
