You'll drive execution of complex electrical hardware programs for humanoid robots at an AI robotics company. You'll own the outcome—defining scope, ensuring validation, and keeping the team aligned. This role is at the forefront of general-purpose humanoid technology.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Drive cross-functional alignment with EE, ME, FW, GSM, systems integration, and manufacturing teams.
  • Support schedule ownership and blocker resolution to meet company goals.
  • Coordinate prototyping and build execution including PCBA allocation and design release.
  • Manage external lab testing for EMC, compliance, and destructive testing.

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years of engineering program management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Multiple concept-to-production design cycles experience.
  • Jira power user with ability to drive adoption across teams.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with compliance processes (EMC, Functional Safety, DFMEA).
  • Electrical Engineering design experience (e.g., Altium).
  • Familiarity with Python or C programming.
