You'll analyze and manage aircraft engine, APU, and landing gear records to ensure regulatory compliance with FAA requirements. You'll coordinate with engineering and vendors to resolve documentation discrepancies and maintain accurate tracking in electronic systems. This role offers the chance to work with a major airline's fleet records.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze engine, landing gear, and APU documentation for baseline compliance.
• Manage correction of airworthiness documentation discrepancies with vendors.
• Monitor and update tracking platform for assembly maintenance limits.
• Coordinate with departments for scheduled and unscheduled assembly removals.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of aircraft records experience in part 91, 121, 135, or DOD.
• Knowledge of FAA Airworthiness Directives and Federal Aviation Regulations.
• Proficient in ERP tracking software such as AIS, TRAX eMRO, or AMOS.
• Proficient in electronic recordkeeping systems like Flydocs or AirVault.

• Associate's Degree or higher.
