You'll serve as the global domain expert for a supply chain area like Manufacturing or Logistics, developing messaging and positioning frameworks and LLM-ready knowledge artifacts that power executive-level conversations. Your work directly enables TraceLink's Agentic Orchestration Solutions and AI-driven buying experiences.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop messaging and positioning frameworks for assigned supply chain domain
• Create and maintain LLM-ready, metadata-tagged knowledge artifacts
• Design executive buyer narrative decks for C-level personas
• Curate and govern product and industry knowledge corpus

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years in product management, product marketing, or solution consulting in life sciences
• Exceptional writing and presentation skills for executive audiences
• Experience creating strategic narratives from technical information
• Familiarity with LLMs or conversational AI systems

• Experience structuring and tagging content for AI/ML consumption
• Background in supply chain orchestration domains like logistics or transportation
• Cross-functional collaboration experience with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams
