You'll identify and evaluate digital transformation opportunities across Re:Build's portfolio of manufacturing companies. You'll guide the development of **digital solutions** that deliver measurable business impact. This role offers **ownership** and a chance to shape **digital innovation** in US manufacturing.

Requirements

• **Bachelor's degree** in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• **5-7 years** experience in product management, preferably manufacturing tech or B2B SaaS.
• **Experience** working with software development teams in Agile environment.
• **Experience** conducting requirements gathering, user research, and partner management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with portfolio companies to identify pain points and digital opportunities.
• Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with strategic objectives.
• Serve as product owner, managing backlog prioritization and trade-offs.
