💼 About This Role
You'll lead Runna's Ambassador program, managing a team across the US and UK to drive revenue through ambassador partnerships. Your core impact will be scaling the program as a key growth channel following our acquisition by Strava. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape an industry-leading program at a pivotal growth moment.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own and execute Ambassador program strategy with US market focus
- Manage full pipeline: sourcing, pitching, pricing, and winning ambassadors
- Oversee relationship management including onboarding, renewals, and offboarding
- Lead team meetings, set priorities, and hold team accountable to targets
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years in ambassador, creator, or athlete partnerships within fitness/wellness
- Proven commercial leadership with team revenue targets
- Deep understanding of the full creator/ambassador cycle
- Strong people leadership with mentoring and performance management experience

- Experience building or scaling an ambassador program from the ground up
- Experience expanding partnerships into new markets, particularly the US
