💼 About This Role

You'll join Carvana's Market Operations team to maintain vehicle cleanliness and appearance at our hubs. Your work ensures timely deliveries and top customer satisfaction. This entry-level role offers rapid pay increases every 90 days under our Careers Not Jobs program.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Inspect vehicles for mechanical, drivability, or cosmetic concerns
• Wash and vacuum all inventory on a regular basis
• Complete multi-point inspection on arriving inventory
• Maintain positive relationships with coworkers and vendors

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is desirable
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record for past 3 years
• Lift up to 60 pounds independently and carry up to 20 feet
• Stand for extended periods and work outdoors in all weather
