🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly reforecasting, and multi-year planning
• Build and maintain financial models for cash management and scenario planning
• Partner with business leaders to analyze revenue, cost, and profitability trends
• Prepare board materials, investor presentations, and executive reporting
• Centralize FP&A and build a high-performing team

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years of FP&A or strategic finance experience
• 7+ years in senior leadership roles
• Proven success in high-growth, multi-line organizations
• Strong ability to translate financial insights into strategic action

• Experience in SaaS, healthcare, or payments business models
• Investment banking experience
