🎯 What You'll Do

• Set design quality across high-stakes surfaces from concept to production
• Design for developer workflows, API/SDK experiences, and evaluator journeys
• Deliver interaction design and prototypes at a high craft level
• Drive design system evolution from AI-ready to AI-native

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of product design experience
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work
• Experience with design systems and component libraries
• Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools

• Experience with AI/ML products
• Background in developer tools or API design
• Knowledge of voice interfaces or conversational design
