Lead education for top-tier salons in British Columbia and Alberta. You will design and deliver training, build partnerships with key salons, and drive business growth through innovative education programs.

Requirements

• Active Hairstyling License with 5+ years behind the chair
• Strong technical foundation in cutting, styling, colour, texture, and finishing
• Experience working with or supporting Market Leader salons
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel BC/AB territory

Responsibilities

• Lead education for Market Leader salons in BC Direct Market
• Build standout education proposals and lead conversion programs
• Co-facilitate Joint Business Planning meetings with custom training roadmaps
• Grow Indirect Market in Alberta through distributor partnerships
• Support major events and regional initiatives
