You will manage daily financial transactions and records to support retail operations, including invoicing retail partners, credit control, bank reconciliations, and dispute resolution. Your work ensures cash flow is organized and month-end closes smoothly.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years in Accounts Receivable or Finance Operations
  • Experience in retail, FMCG, or consumer goods invoicing
  • Proficiency in Xero, NetSuite, or similar ERP
  • Advanced Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

  • Run end-to-end invoicing for retail partners
  • Monitor outstanding balances and chase payments
  • Manage daily bank postings and reconciliations
  • Investigate discrepancies and resolve disputes
  • Produce accurate balance sheet reconciliations for month-end
