You'll lead scalable data engineering solutions and build cloud-based data pipelines for AI-driven initiatives. This role combines traditional data engineering with LLM and RAG implementations to deliver intelligent solutions. You'll work remotely from Colombia with a global team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and optimize scalable data engineering solutions and cloud pipelines
• Develop and maintain data platforms using AWS, Snowflake, DBT, Airflow, Python, Docker
• Contribute to AI initiatives implementing LLM, RAG, and intelligent workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive technical alignment

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of Data Engineering experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Python and modern data engineering practices
• Experience with AWS, Snowflake, DBT, Airflow, Docker
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AWS Bedrock and AI Knowledge Bases
• Familiarity with Dagster, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or CloudFormation
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
