You'll lead identification and scoping of AI/ML use cases for ballistic missile defence fire-control coordination. You'll conduct feasibility studies on emerging computational techniques and develop prototypes in NATO's Software Factory, ensuring responsible AI aligned with NATO principles.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and scope AI/ML use cases for ballistic missile defence.
• Review existing studies and simulation data to establish baseline knowledge.
• Design data architecture and framework for responsible AI use.
• Develop and evaluate AI/ML software prototypes in NATO Software Factory.

📋 Requirements

• Expertise in AI/ML techniques such as deep learning and reinforcement learning.
• Experience conducting feasibility studies for defence or security applications.
• Ability to develop software prototypes and demonstrators.
• Knowledge of responsible AI principles and frameworks.

✨ Nice to Have

• Background in ballistic missile defence or IAMD.
• Experience with NATO's AI architecture or Software Factory.
• Familiarity with large language models.
