💼 About This Role

You'll lead customer operations for a vertically integrated AI infrastructure company, managing systems, data, and processes across the customer journey. Your work will directly enable Customer Success Managers to maximize value and drive advocacy. This role combines strategic process architecture with hands-on Gainsight and data analytics expertise.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Define and manage core Customer Success KPIs and data accuracy
  • Lead customer enablement strategy including content and training programs
  • Act as Business Analyst for tool stack (Salesforce, Gainsight, BI)
  • Design advocacy tooling for reference programs and testimonials

📋 Requirements

  • 10+ years in Customer Experience or Operations leadership
  • Experience in IaaS, AI infrastructure, or enterprise cloud environments
  • Technical fluency in cloud platforms (GPU, compute, networking, storage)
  • Proven track record building or scaling Customer Operations in fast-growth setting

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with Gainsight or similar CS platforms
  • Background in data analytics and dashboarding (Zendesk, BigQuery)
  • Experience in startup or high-growth environments
