You'll drive growth for Spear's Nassau County clinics by building relationships with physicians, hospitals, and community partners. You'll collaborate with clinical and business development teams to expand Spear's reach. This hybrid role requires 3-4 days traveling in the field per week.

• Establish and maintain relationships with referring physicians and hospitals.
• Collaborate with clinic directors and therapists to strategize growth.
• Represent Spear at community events and local businesses.
• Track and report on referral metrics and outreach results.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant experience in Queens/Long Island
• Bachelor's degree required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for field visits
