💼 About This Role

You'll join MARGO's AI Practice to transform software engineering for top finance, industry, and tech clients. Your core impact is deploying AI assistants and building custom intelligent agents to redesign developer experience. This role combines AI4Code engineering with LLMOps to modernize legacy systems and drive adoption of AI-assisted development practices.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Integrate and optimize AI assistants like Copilot and Claude Code
• Design and develop autonomous AI agents for code analysis and transformation
• Build agentic pipelines for large-scale refactoring and modernization
• Establish observability and governance for AI-generated code
• Lead workshops and pair-programming to drive AI adoption

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Applied Math, or AI
• Python, TypeScript, or typed languages like Java/C#
• Experience with Clean Code, SOLID, and software architecture
• Knowledge of LLM capabilities and limitations (GPT-4o, Claude 3.5)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Copilot, Claude Code, or Cursor IDE
• Background in LLMOps and prompt versioning
• Experience in refactoring legacy systems
