You'll be the first voice new businesses hear when they discover Mollie, managing inbound leads and owning the full sales cycle for smaller businesses. Your impact: you'll help real companies find a better way to manage payments and build the skills that define your career in a scaling European company.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage inbound lead flow with speed and professionalism.
- Qualify leads by understanding business needs and goals.
- Own the full sales cycle for smaller businesses from contact to close.
- Route high-potential leads to Account Executives with clean handovers.
๐ Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
- Exceptional communication skills โ listen and ask the right questions.
- Genuine curiosity about business, e-commerce and technology.
- Ambition and a coachable mindset.
