Description

You will manage the physical and administrative tasks involved in shipping, storing, and distributing materials, parts, supplies, and equipment. This includes preparing shipments, maintaining inventory, using ERP software, and ensuring order accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Computer proficiency
• FedEx/UPS/DHL international shipping experience preferred
• 1-2 years warehouse experience
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Ship outgoing shipments: prepare, label, and move shipments, build boxes, operate pallet jack, print paperwork
• Maintain inventory of kits and shipping supplies; perform cycle counts
• Data entry using spreadsheets, third-party systems, and ERP (Microsoft GP)
• Pick and pack material ensuring order accuracy; enter work order info into computer system
• Build kits for outgoing shipments according to bill of materials
