💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership by providing an amazing customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll help train new recruits and assist with daily operations and meeting sales targets. This role offers a chance to work in a fun, fandom-driven environment at Hot Topic.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to drive customer loyalty.
• Open and close the store, and process sales transactions.
• Assist with planogram changes and maintain store merchandising.
• Communicate fashion and music trends to management and HQ.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 50 pounds.
