💼 About This Role

You'll deliver telehealth-based medication-assisted recovery for patients with opioid use disorder, working within a multidisciplinary care team. Your core impact is empowering patients in their recovery journeys through compassionate phone, text, and video engagement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide telephonic, text, and video patient engagement and monitoring
• Educate patients on addiction, medications, and support services
• Assess patient progress and develop treatment care plans
• Coordinate with pharmacies, providers, and community agencies

📋 Requirements

• Active, unrestricted RN license in state of residency
• 2+ years specialized nursing experience in outpatient SUD treatment
• Ability to work 40 hours/week with specific shift options

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Experience with harm reduction approach
• Knowledge of Hepatitis C or HIV
