You'll own recruiting at Sailor Health, an AI-native health system for older adults, building the function from scratch alongside founders. You'll source, interview, and close top operational and business talent while creating a 5-star candidate experience. This is a chance to scale recruiting at a fast-growing digital health company backed by world-class founders.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to offer signed.
- Provide a 5-star candidate experience throughout hiring.
- Recruit business and operational talent through sourcing and interviewing.
- Build recruiting pipelines and manage ATS workflows.
📋 Requirements
- Proven experience recruiting in fast-paced startups or high-growth environments.
- Skilled at conducting high volumes of screening calls and structured interviews.
- Strong operator with systems and data mindset, comfortable managing ATS workflows.
- Experienced in partnering with hiring managers to craft job descriptions and interview processes.

- Experience with Ashby ATS.
