You'll own recruiting at Sailor Health, an AI-native health system for older adults, building the function from scratch alongside founders. You'll source, interview, and close top operational and business talent while creating a 5-star candidate experience. This is a chance to scale recruiting at a fast-growing digital health company backed by world-class founders.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to offer signed.
  • Provide a 5-star candidate experience throughout hiring.
  • Recruit business and operational talent through sourcing and interviewing.
  • Build recruiting pipelines and manage ATS workflows.

📋 Requirements

  • Proven experience recruiting in fast-paced startups or high-growth environments.
  • Skilled at conducting high volumes of screening calls and structured interviews.
  • Strong operator with systems and data mindset, comfortable managing ATS workflows.
  • Experienced in partnering with hiring managers to craft job descriptions and interview processes.
