Description

You will own the end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for Monks, driving financial insights and strategic partnering with senior leadership. In this role, you'll optimize profitability, manage forecasting discipline, and lead a small FP&A team while collaborating with regional and global stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; CPA/CFA/MBA preferred
• Deep understanding of agency business models and client profitability analysis
• Advanced Excel; experience with ERP (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
• Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Excellent communication in English; Spanish or Portuguese proficiency highly desirable

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
• Develop and present monthly/quarterly financial results and variance analyses
• Analyze client mix, project profitability, and driver-based costing to improve margins
• Manage program/project profitability and support pitch budgeting
• Lead monthly close coordination, OPEX discipline, and rolling forecast cadence
