You'll build AI-powered underwriting systems for a commercial insurance platform serving high-hazard industries. Your work will directly enable autonomous underwriting that processes risk in seconds, transforming a legacy industry. You'll collaborate across engineering, product, and insurance teams to ship daily.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop AI product strategy and iterate on AI implementations
• Work across the full stack integrating underwriting workflows
• Collaborate with PM, CTO, and insurance team on features
• Mentor other engineers and contribute to architectural decisions

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Experience with Javascript/Typescript (backend or frontend)
• Track record of delivering high-impact products
• Full-stack engineering experience preferred
