Description

As a Customer Success Manager for ShelfView, you'll lead pilot programs with top grocery retailers, working cross-functionally to ensure seamless adoption of our AI-powered shelf intelligence platform. You'll be hands-on in stores, training staff, gathering insights, and driving value-driven outcomes that help retailers optimize inventory and boost sales.

Requirements

  • Proven success in customer-facing roles within SaaS, retail tech, or project management
  • Experience with enterprise retail clients, especially grocery or retail
  • Strong project management skills: planning, risk mitigation, timelines, stakeholder management
  • Analytical mindset, comfortable working with data and generating insights
  • Able and willing to travel extensively (50%+), including frequent store visits; valid driver's license

Responsibilities

  • Lead pilot planning and execution for multiple concurrent pilots across Canada
  • Conduct in-store visits to deliver training and gather insights from store managers
  • Map customer store standards and identify edge cases; prepare SOWs with stakeholders
  • Serve as primary contact for customer stakeholders; provide regular updates and risk management
  • Support go-live and rollout; monitor adoption metrics and coordinate with Product and Data teams
