💼 About This Role

You'll provide home health visits and 1:1 care to clients in Chittenden County, VT, following a designated care plan. You'll make a direct impact on patient well-being while enjoying flexible schedules and strong work/life balance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Follow a designated care plan per patient's needs.
• Administer medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
• Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to manager.
• Document observations and interventions using a touch pad tablet.

📋 Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license in Vermont.
• Minimum one year of recent clinical medical/surgical experience.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Ability to travel to client cases as assigned.
