Description

In this role, you will own end-to-end payroll processes for Central American countries, driving standardization and operational excellence in a global environment. You'll work cross-functionally to ensure compliance, handle statutory filings, and continuously improve payroll delivery.

Requirements

• Several years of LATAM payroll experience with strong Central America exposure
• Proven experience managing end-to-end payroll independently
• Strong understanding of compliance, statutory filings, and local labor regulations
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English and Spanish

Responsibilities

• Act as subject matter expert and own payroll processes for assigned Central America countries
• Process end-to-end in-house payroll including data collection, validation, calculations, payments, and statutory compliance
• Manage statutory filings, tax obligations, and social security requirements
• Handle payroll accounting, reconciliations, and support financial reporting
• Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvements, standardization, and automation
