As a Lead Business Analyst at Nubank, you will own the analytical agenda of complex initiatives, guide research, and influence decisions through high-complexity analysis. You will work autonomously with large volumes of data to support decision-making and help redefine the financial system in Latin America.

Requirements

• Experience with data analysis and hypothesis elaboration
• Experience leading complex analytical projects and creating frameworks
• Business sense to understand risks and trade-offs
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Advanced English communication skills

Responsibilities

• Define backlog, prioritize activities, and own analytical agenda of complex initiatives
• Guide research to determine relevant data and suggest test options
• Influence decisions with high complexity analysis under uncertainty
• Work autonomously with data to build a solid database for decision making
• Perform extraction, modeling, and visualization using SQL, Python, and Scala
