Description

As a senior leader, you will own the product marketing strategy for Harness's AI for Testing Resilience and AI for Cost Optimization, driving pipeline and revenue. You'll shape positioning, lead launches, and manage a team of product marketing managers while serving as an individual contributor for key flagship products.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in product marketing
• Senior leadership experience in B2B SaaS
• Proven ability to own large product portfolios or company-level value drivers
• Comfortable operating as both a people manager and an individual contributor
• Strong executive-ready communication and storytelling skills

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve positioning and narrative for AI for Testing Resilience and AI for Cost Optimization
• Own product marketing for Chaos Engineering AI, SRE AI, and Test Automation
• Manage and develop a team of PMMs across Feature Management, Experimentation, Engineering Insights, and Cloud Cost Management
• Drive pipeline creation, expansion, and competitive displacement across owned value drivers
• Serve as public-facing leader through customer conversations, events, and thought leadership
