Requirements

• 4+ years managing single-store operations in hospitality
• Full Time availability: 45h/week, 5 days including weekends
• Experience hiring and developing hospitality teams
• Strong knowledge of specialty coffee and equipment
• Strong decision-making and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Create motivating team culture through coaching and mentoring
• Create and publish staff schedules compliant with labor laws
• Recruit talent in collaboration with People Team
• Oversee training quality and maintain food/beverage standards
• Own inventory, ordering, vendor relations, and compliance
