Description

You will drive the growth of Pager Health's AI-enabled care advocacy and navigation solutions by selling to payers and leading healthcare companies. You'll own the full-cycle sales process, from prospecting to contract negotiation, and represent the company at industry events.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of sales experience in digital health serving payers
  • Deep understanding of healthcare payer ecosystem (commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, ACA)
  • Track record of exceeding quotas in high-growth settings
  • Established relationships with C-suite executives at healthcare organizations
  • Experience selling enterprise clinical triage solutions

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and drive new business deals with payers
  • Own a regional book of business through complex consultative sales cycles
  • Lead analysis and strategy to advance new revenue opportunities
  • Lead contract negotiations with legal and leadership teams
  • Act as a key representative at industry events and conferences
