You'll lead supplier development strategy and drive supplier performance for the Terran R rocket program. Your work will ensure quality and reliability in production, directly impacting launch success.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute supplier development strategy for Terran R production
• Serve as technical point of contact for assigned suppliers
• Drive supplier performance metrics and scorecards
• Lead NPI efforts with Engineering and Supply Chain

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial, or related)
• 8+ years in Supplier Development, Supplier Quality, or Manufacturing Engineering
• Expert knowledge of quality systems (AS9100/ISO 9001) and core tools (APQP, PPAP, PFMEA)
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of work week

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's degree in Engineering (related field)
• Six Sigma Black Belt, ASQ CQE, or PMP certification
• Experience with PLM, ERP, MES and data analysis
