Description

As a Senior Growth Engineer at Samsara, you'll build self-serve experiences across the customer lifecycle to drive revenue growth. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, leverage data to identify opportunities, and implement experiments that scale.

Requirements

• 6+ years professional software engineering experience, preferably in full-stack or growth-focused environments
• Proficiency in front end development
• Proficiency in Python (Flask or similar) and JavaScript (Vue.js or comparable)

Responsibilities

• Build customer-facing self-serve products using custom frontends, Cloud apps, backend services, and scripts
• Collaborate with product, design, marketing, sales ops, finance, and GTM teams on growth initiatives
• Leverage data to understand customers and funnel, identify opportunities, and execute projects to drive revenue and retention
• Drive engineering discussions and write documentation and unit tests
• Champion and embed Samsara's cultural principles
