Description

In this role, you will improve key financial metrics for Coupang's retail business in Taiwan. You will conduct root cause analysis, track performance indicators, and provide actionable insights to senior leaders to support financial decision-making.

Requirements

• 7-10 years in business partnering/FP&A in fast-paced retail or tech
• Highly analytical with strong business sense
• Ability to analyze large data sets and provide insights
• Strong Excel and SQL skills
• Fluent in English; Mandarin preferred

Responsibilities

• Identify key input/output metrics impacting Retail P&L
• Establish ambitious goals and implement concrete plans to achieve them
• Track metrics and analyze trends to provide financial visibility to stakeholders
• Perform root cause analysis and dive deep for actionable insights
• Facilitate daily communication with senior leaders and provide feedback
