You will handle service tickets, preventative maintenance, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs, as well as apartment turnovers and grounds upkeep, ensuring residents enjoy a well-maintained community.

Requirements

• Experience in building maintenance or trades education
• Beginner to intermediate proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
• Availability for on-call rotation and emergency situations
• Ability to lift 25-50 pounds frequently
• Reliable personal transportation and good communication skills

Responsibilities

• Resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair
• Perform preventative maintenance and service ticket resolution
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in through turn-over repairs
• Maintain building and community through general upkeep and grounds maintenance
• Provide outstanding customer service and handle on-call emergencies
