You'll work side-by-side with freight operators to understand their workflows and build robust integrations for FleetWorks' AI agents. You'll own customer deployments end-to-end, from scoping to production rollout, diagnosing and resolving real-time issues on the ground. This role offers extreme ownership in a fast-moving startup transforming freight booking.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own customer deployments end-to-end from scoping to rollout
• Work directly with operators to translate workflows into technical solutions
• Build production features and integrations for AI agents
• Diagnose and resolve issues in the field in real time

📋 Requirements

• 3–6+ years of software engineering experience with production-critical systems
• Strong command of TypeScript, Node.js, and REST API design
• Hands-on experience with AI-driven systems and prompt tuning
• Based in Chicago with willingness to travel 20–30%
