💼 About This Role

You'll provide Level 1 & 2 support to end users, including senior management and attorneys, for the Executive Office for the United States Attorneys. Your core impact is ensuring reliable IT operations through hands-on troubleshooting, user account management, and desk-side training. You'll work in a hybrid environment supporting government innovation.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Resolve Level 1 & 2 help desk tickets via ITIL best practices
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software
  • Manage user accounts and mailboxes per government policy
  • Support conference room A/V and online meeting tools

📋 Requirements

  • 1+ year of Adobe Connect or similar meeting center setup experience
  • ITIL Foundations certification or ability to obtain
  • Active DOD clearance of Level 6 Public Trust or above
  • Experience with backup/restoration and file server support
