You'll design end-to-end AI-first experiences for Toast's Product Led Growth and AI Customer Success Manager Agent teams, shaping agentic partnerships with restaurant operators. Your work will proactively monitor business health and guide growth and adoption across the customer journey. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Prototyping fluency with AI-native tools like Cursor, v0, or Replit alongside Figma.
• Data-driven approach defining AI-specific success metrics like task completion and error recovery.
