💼 About This Role

You'll lead and coordinate structural engineering activities across complex marine and iconic building projects. You'll manage the full project lifecycle from tender to IFC drawings. This role requires a bridge-builder who translates complex theory into practical solutions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a specialized internal structural design team of 5.
• Oversee complete in-house design lifecycle: Tender, Temporary Works, IFC.
• Define structural strategies prioritizing safety and cost-efficiency.
• Review complex structural calculations and models for compliance.
• Act as technical link between Methods, Tender, and Site teams.

📋 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 20+ years of experience in structural engineering.
• Experience in both Marine Infrastructure and Iconic Buildings.
• Significant work experience within the Middle East.
