• Own end-to-end creation of AI characters including LoRA training and refinement
• Develop character profiles using AI tools aligned with user trends
• Test and evaluate AI characters for visual consistency and quality
• Research emerging AI techniques to improve character generation pipelines

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years experience in creative, technical, or AI-driven roles
• Hands-on expertise in LoRA training and generative AI workflows
• Strong creative judgment in character design and visual identity
• Comfort working in iterative high-frequency training cycles

• Experience with Kohya SS, Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI or similar AI pipelines
