You'll serve as the primary point of contact for traders and customers, owning interactions from start to resolution via live chat, email, and Discord. You'll troubleshoot platform issues and account questions in a fast-paced trading environment. This role offers evening hours and the chance to shape support for a growing fintech.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Resolve trader inquiries via live chat, email, and Discord.
• Troubleshoot trading platform and account issues.
• Escalate complex issues to Compliance, Operations, or Technology.
• Educate traders on account processes, platform functionality, and rules.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in customer service or technical support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to type a minimum of 30 WPM.
• Experience using CRM or support tools like Intercom, HubSpot, or Zendesk.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with prop trading, futures, or financial markets.
• Experience with trading platforms like NinjaTrader, Tradovate, or TradingView.
• Experience supporting communities through Discord or Telegram.
