You'll be the operational engine behind Brex's monthly new hire onboarding program, ensuring every GTM rep hits the ground running. Your core impact is owning logistics, communications, and coordination across all GTM roles while supporting the SDR team through structured training. This role stands out for its blend of program management and direct coaching of entry-level sales talent.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end coordination for monthly GTM new hire cohorts
  • Manage GTM Enablement Calendar and scheduling
  • Administer sales tools aliases, groups, and LMS assignments
  • Serve as primary contact for new hires, managers, and cross-functional partners
  • Facilitate new hire trainings on Brex and SDR basics

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years in a front-line sales development position with quota attainment
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Deep familiarity with SDR Tech Stack (Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, etc.)

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Hands-on experimentation with AI tools to increase productivity
  • 0-2 years experience in sales, training, or customer success
  • Experience in venture-backed B2B software or fintech
