🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead territory expansion strategy and identify growth channels
• Hire, mentor, and elevate a team of Account Managers
• Build and strengthen dealership relationships with consultative support
• Drive field production and ensure team meets volume targets

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in automotive lending, F&I, indirect auto, or dealership partnerships
• 2+ years leading or developing a field sales team
• Proven track record of expanding territories and growing dealer production
• Comfortable with a six-day work week and frequent in-person visits

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Salesforce or HubSpot CRM
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese
