You'll lead QA automation for an insurance client, using AI to optimize test scenarios and drive technical maturity of the team. You'll define quality strategies, integrate tests in CI/CD pipelines, and promote a Shift-Left quality culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead QA team technically and develop team maturity
• Develop automation for APIs (Java + RestAssured) and Frontend (Angular/TypeScript)
• Integrate tests in CI/CD pipelines
• Define test strategies (unit, integration, E2E, performance)
• Use AI to optimize test scenarios and failure analysis

📋 Requirements

• Solid experience as Senior QA with automation focus
• Proficiency in Java and RestAssured for API automation
• Experience with Frontend automation (Angular, TypeScript, Cypress, Selenium, or Playwright)
• Knowledge of CI/CD, Git, and versioning

• BDD experience (Cucumber/Gherkin)
• Performance testing (JMeter, Gatling, LoadRunner)
• Observability tools (Grafana, Dynatrace)
