💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the primary steward of Toast's global collaborative ecosystem, managing the full Atlassian suite. You'll ensure seamless integration and high availability of tools like Jira and Confluence to support agile development. This role offers the chance to drive strategic improvements across a dynamic tech environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day operations of Jira, Confluence, and Loom.
• Design and maintain complex Jira workflows and automation rules.
• Optimize integrations with third-party tools like Slack and GitHub.
• Coordinate application upgrades, patch management, and Marketplace app evaluations.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as an Atlassian Administrator.
• Mastery across the full Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, Loom, Jira Product Discovery).
• Proficiency with JQL for troubleshooting.
• Deep understanding of Scrum/Kanban methodologies.
