Description
You will own sales strategy and execution for the EMEA region, targeting mid-market companies up to 2,500 employees. You'll build pipeline, manage the full sales cycle, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive international growth.
Requirements
- 3+ years full-cycle SaaS sales experience, ideally in data/DS/ML/analytics space
- Comfortable selling to customers across multiple EMEA markets, cultures, and time zones
- Can understand and explain complex technical concepts
- Capable of managing large pipeline of complex opportunities
- Willing to learn basic SQL if not already proficient
Responsibilities
- Build new pipeline and drive revenue across assigned EMEA territory
- Develop deep understanding of customer business challenges and position Hex as strategic solution
- Partner with Sales Engineering to run discovery sessions and demos for EMEA prospects
- Manage full sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, negotiation, and close
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing to provide EMEA market feedback
