🎯 What You'll Do

• Issue and track Purchase Orders with vendors
• Coordinate inbound shipping documents and accuracy
• Serve as primary contact for vendor inquiries
• Maintain ERP data and update order statuses
• Perform 3-way matching for invoice verification

📋 Requirements

• 3 years of purchasing or shipping experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic to Intermediate MS Excel proficiency
• Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures strictly
