💼 About This Role

You'll lead enterprise sales of Cyara's AI-powered CX assurance platform to Fortune 500-1000 companies. You'll own the full sales cycle, from territory planning to closing deals averaging $150K-$1M. This role offers uncapped commission and the chance to build a world-class organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Develop territory and strategic account plans to achieve quota.
  • Act as trusted advisor, aligning Cyara solutions with client pain points.
  • Forecast pipeline accurately within 10% margin at week 8.
  • Negotiate contracts and secure purchase orders.
  • Execute outbound campaigns to generate high-quality leads.

📋 Requirements

  • 8+ years of SaaS sales experience.
  • Experience in UCaaS, CCaaS or adjacent industries.
  • Demonstrated consultative selling and complex sales cycles.
  • Experience selling at the C-level.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with B2C CCaaS.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of AI/ML in customer experience.
